  1. Tehra Ltd. applies EU legislation in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).<\/p>

    This policy is intended to regulate the relationship between TEHRA Ltd., Sofia, Burel St. 1, UIC 831909855 \u2013 Personal Data Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER<\/strong> of the service, and the users, hereinafter referred to as the RECIPIENT<\/strong>.<\/p>

    The order placed by the Recipient on the Supplier’s website is considered a purchase agreement.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

    1. <\/strong>Use of Users’ Personal Data<\/li><\/ol>

      1) On the tehra.com<\/a> website, for the purposes of a sales contract between the Supplier and the Recipient, the Recipient\u2019s personal data is required so that the Supplier can properly fulfill its obligations under the contract by delivering the products ordered by the Recipient.<\/p>

      The personal data collected by the Provider includes: first name, last name, phone number, address, and email.<\/p>

      The Recipient provides this data voluntarily, and by clicking the “SUBMIT ORDER”<\/strong> button, agrees to the site’s terms and conditions and consents to the processing of their personal data by the Provider in its capacity as a Personal Data Administrator.<\/p>

      2) Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties<\/p>

      The personal data received from the Recipient is provided solely to a courier company, which is also a Personal Data Administrator, for the purpose of fulfilling an order placed with the Provider. The courier company is obliged to implement and adhere to internal policies for the processing of the Recipient’s personal data.<\/p>

      3) The tehra.com<\/a> website, in the “Contact Us” section, provides an inquiry form that is intended exclusively for legal entities, to which the GDPR does not apply.<\/p>

      4) The \u201cContacts\u201d section of the tehra.com<\/a> website provides contact information for Tehra EOOD\u2019s experts. Every Recipient has the right to use these contact details, and the personal data they provide (whether by phone call or email) will be processed for the purpose of responding to their inquiry. <\/p>

      1. <\/strong> Data Security<\/li><\/ol>

        Technical and organizational security measures have been implemented to ensure the most comprehensive protection of the Recipient’s data. The site is equipped with an SSL Certificate. <\/p>

        1. Personal Data Retention Period<\/li><\/ol>

          The retention period for the Recipient’s personal data is defined in the company’s internal rules. It is 5 years from the last order placed through the online platform or inquiry via email. <\/p>

          1. <\/strong>Advertising<\/li><\/ol>

            The Research and Development Department continuously develops products that meet consumer demand.<\/p>

            In this regard, the Provider reserves the right to send the Recipient information in the form of a mailing\/newsletter to introduce new products, based on the Recipient’s purchasing behavior.<\/p>

            The personal data used for advertising purposes includes the Recipient’s first name, last name, and email.<\/p>

            If the Recipient does not wish to receive information from the Provider, they can request this by emailing: office@tehra.com<\/a><\/p>

            1. <\/strong>Recipient’s Rights<\/li><\/ol>

              1) Right to Information – The Recipient has the right to request information from the Provider at any time regarding the storage of personal data;<\/p>

              2) Right to Rectification – The Recipient has the right to correct the information they have filled in the Provider’s order form;<\/p>

              3) Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) – The Recipient has the right to request the deletion of their personal data, and the Provider is obliged to delete it without undue delay when one of the following grounds applies:<\/p>

              – The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;<\/p>

              – The Recipient withdraws their consent on which the data processing is based;<\/p>

              – The Recipient’s personal data has been unlawfully processed; or<\/p>

              – The Recipient’s personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU law, the law of a member state, or the law of another country;<\/p>

              4) Right to Object – The Recipient has the right at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning them.<\/p>

              If the objection is justified, the Provider will cease processing the personal data related to the objection, unless the Provider demonstrates compelling legal grounds for the processing that override the Recipient’s interests.<\/p>
