This policy is intended to regulate the relationship between TEHRA Ltd., Sofia, Burel St. 1, UIC 831909855 – Personal Data Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER of the service, and the users, hereinafter referred to as the RECIPIENT.
An order placed by the Recipient on the Provider’s website is considered a sales contract.
- Use of Users’ Personal Data
1) On the website www.tehra.com, for the purpose of a sales contract between the Provider and the Recipient, the Recipient’s personal data is required so that the Provider can correctly fulfill its contract by delivering the products ordered by the Recipient.
The personal data collected by the Provider includes: first name, last name, phone number, address, and email.
The Recipient provides this data voluntarily, and by clicking the “SUBMIT ORDER” button, agrees to the site’s terms and conditions and consents to the processing of their personal data by the Provider in its capacity as a Personal Data Administrator.
2) Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
The personal data received from the Recipient is provided solely to a courier company, which is also a Personal Data Administrator, for the purpose of fulfilling an order placed with the Provider. The courier company is obliged to implement and adhere to internal policies for the processing of the Recipient’s personal data.
3) On the website www.tehra.com, in the contacts section, there is an inquiry form available exclusively for legal entities, where GDPR is not applicable.
4) On the website www.tehra.com, in the contacts section, contact details for Tehra Ltd.’s experts are provided. Each Recipient has the right to use them, and the personal data they provide (via phone call or email) is processed for the purpose of addressing their inquiry.

Technical and organizational security measures have been implemented to ensure the most comprehensive protection of the Recipient’s data. The site is equipped with an SSL Certificate.
- Personal Data Retention Period
The retention period for the Recipient’s personal data is defined in the company’s internal rules. It is 5 years from the last order placed through the online platform or inquiry via email.

The Research and Development Department continuously develops products that meet consumer demand.
In this regard, the Provider reserves the right to send the Recipient information in the form of a mailing/newsletter to introduce new products, based on the Recipient’s purchasing behavior.
The personal data used for advertising purposes includes the Recipient’s first name, last name, and email.

- Recipient’s Rights
1) Right to Information – The Recipient has the right to request information from the Provider at any time regarding the storage of personal data;
2) Right to Rectification – The Recipient has the right to correct the information they have filled in the Provider’s order form;
3) Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) – The Recipient has the right to request the deletion of their personal data, and the Provider is obliged to delete it without undue delay when one of the following grounds applies:
– The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
– The Recipient withdraws their consent on which the data processing is based;
– The Recipient’s personal data has been unlawfully processed; or
– The Recipient’s personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU law, the law of a member state, or the law of another country;
4) Right to Object – The Recipient has the right at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning them.
If the objection is justified, the Provider will cease processing the personal data related to the objection, unless the Provider demonstrates compelling legal grounds for the processing that override the Recipient’s interests.
