Required Ingredients

Ready sweet bread mix:

1000g

Fresh yeast/dry yeast:

40 g/15 g

Fat:

80 ml

Fresh milk or water:

400-450 ml

Flavorings: lemon, vanilla or other

Preparation Method

Knead a smooth dough from the ready mix, yeast, fat, milk or water and flavorings, and leave in a warm place for about 20-30 minutes.

Knead the dough again, optionally adding soaked raisins, nuts or other dried fruits, then divide into 3 pieces, round them and let rest in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes.

Divide the shaped pieces into two strands, brush with oil and roll out. Braid the sweet breads and place them in trays or forms greased with oil.

Let the sweet breads rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Before baking, brush the sweet breads with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180°C
