Psyllium (white Indian plantain) is the key and most valuable ingredient in our gluten-free mix.
It is naturally rich in soluble fibre, which supports healthy intestinal peristalsis and aids digestion.
Thanks to the addition of psyllium, the finished products—bread and other baked goods—develop an improved crumb structure, enhanced elasticity, and a pleasant, natural aroma. This mix delivers a stable, soft texture without the typical crumbliness often associated with gluten-free doughs.
